In searching for options for your child’s education, we understand that you want the best possible fit to help your child succeed. We invite you to visit our campus and see how St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School can help you navigate your child’s path to educational success.
Families choose St. Peter’s because they recognize that academic achievement, a broad-base of extracurricular activities, and a culture of faith and respect are important in the life of a student and that is precisely what we offer our students. If you would like to schedule a shadowing day visit for your student, please contact our school office at (713) 747-9484 and we would be happy to accommodate you.
Step 1: Tour
Our admissions process begins with a tour of our school. You may call the school office at 713.747.9484 and ask to schedule a tour.

Step 3: Classroom Visit/Assessment of Student Records and/or Parent/Student Interview
After you have returned the application, we will schedule your child for a classroom visit and/or academic assessment. Additionally, the school will contact you, based on the review of academic records, former teacher recommendations (Grades 2-8 only), and previous school information, via US Mail, in terms of acceptance of the student(s), and/or a letter to decline enrollment of the student application. Acceptance as a student at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School, or a decision to decline student acceptance to the school, will be made solely at the Principal’s discretion. Should more clarification be necessary about a student(s) academic needs be required, a parent/student meeting may be arranged for the family.
Step 4: Admissions Committee Decision
After completing our admission process, the Admission Committee will meet, review applications and make recommendations regarding admissions. We will contact all applicants with our decision. If we do not have space available, your child’s name will be placed on a waiting list. Eligibility for admission and attendance is contingent upon current payment of all tuition as indicated in the parental fee agreement.
Please Note: Age Requirements
A child must meet the age requirement below before entering the grade level listed.
Special consideration in admissions is given to siblings of students currently attending St. Peter the Apostle Catholic School. New students are admitted on a probationary basis, while teachers and the principal evaluate whether the school can meet the student’s academic, social, emotional and behavioral needs in a successful partnership with the family. The admissions committee will carefully consider students for enrollment who have special needs, based on the extent of accommodations needed.
